What penetrant Category
Penetrant is generally divided into two types of nonionic and anionic. Nonionic have JFC, JFC-1, JFC-2, JFC-E, etc; anions fast penetrant T, alkali penetrant OEP-70, alkali penetrant AEP, high temperature penetrant JFC-M, and so on.
In the penetrant auxiliaries wider use, species are more generally there are four classifications.
① classification according to the application process.
Pre-treatment with penetrant (including: desizing with penetrant, penetrant scouring, bleaching penetrant, penetrant silk, wool charring penetrant, etc.), stained with penetrant, penetrant printing, finishing with penetrant.
② pH range classification by application.
Resistant to strong alkali penetrant, weak alkaline resistant penetrant, penetrant near neutral, weakly acidic penetrant, penetrant resistant to strong acid.
③ Press ionic classification.
Nonionic penetrant, anionic penetrant penetrant complex type, rarely used amphoteric and cationic penetrant.
④ Press feedstock species classification.
Sulfated castor oil, alkyl sulfonate, alkyl benzene sulfonate, alkyl sulfate sodium secondary alkyl sulfonate, secondary alkyl sulfate sodium, a one olefin sulfonate, alkyl naphthalene sulfonate sodium acid alkyl ester sulfonate, pancreas plus drift T, sodium cyclamate, fatty alcohol ethoxylates, alkyl phenol ethoxylates, polyether, ester compound, and alcohols, ketones, ethers and the like.
